When sustainability and minimalistic lifestyle is at the forefront of apartment design, architects Dominic Finlay Jones found the perfect clothesline solution in Coastal Clotheslines.

The brief required a utility that was locally made, durable to withstand salty conditions and a stylish folding clothesline, maximising space within balcony living zones. Our 316 stainless steel Happy Days Folding achieves every aspect of the brief.

Habitat is comprised of mixed residential apartments with studio, 2 and 3 bedroom residences, some inclusive of ground floor work/retail spaces. Each building is constructed of galvanised steel, cement sheet, hardwood timber and corrugated iron – a seamless integration for a Coastal Clothesline.
